Description
Ballycommon are looking for a Finishing Foreman \ Woman for work on a renovation project in Gourock. This project has around 2-3 weeks left prior to completion.

Duties Include:


  • Liaising with the Site Agent, reporting on quality, efficiency & health & safety.
  • Carrying out RAMS, toolbox talks and staff briefings.
  • Upskilling existing members of staff and being involved in recruitment of new staff
  • Completing paperwork
  • Supervision of site labour
  • Ordering materials
  • Managing daily site operations

The Successful Fore-Person will have:


  • Significant finishing experience.
  • On site delivery experience either as ganger or foreman.
  • A full UK Driving license.

Desirable but not essential

  • SSSTS or SMSTS
