We are looking for a Contact Centre advisor to work in the Ashford Office.
As a Contact Centre Advisor your role will primarily involve making outbound calls to new and existing customers to update them on the status of their Tax Refund claim.
You will be responsible for achieving targets and agreed service levels, along with balancing some administrative responsibilitiesall whilst ensuring that the customer experience never waivers.
Salary c£21,000 per year37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday, Based in the office.
3 months contract starting as a temp then converting to permanent staff if all is good all round

Contract length: 3 months
Salary:
£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
