Position Description Summary:

Ensure that operations at Ashton are carried out safely and efficiently ensuring that specifications are adhered to under the guidance of the Team Leader.

Create and maintain an atmosphere of common purpose, supporting ones work colleagues in the successful execution of their work.


Key responsibilities:

• Ensure that production requirements are achieved within specification and

in a timely fashion.

• Assist in the efficient shift-handovers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction for both delivery and quality.
• Comply with all EHS standards, operating procedures, company policies

and local legislation.

• Follow ISO procedures and propose new ideas for continuous

improvement.

• Operate all basic manufacturing machinery in a safe and efficient manner.

Recommended requirements for the position:

• Basic general education (numerical) with some mechanical aptitude

2. 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment

• Good communication skills
• Minimum travel
