Personal Advisor - Manchester

Are you a passionate, dedicated Personal Advisor looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Personal Advisor to join a leaving care team based in Manchester.

Pay:
£16.40 per hour

Duration: 05/06/ months

Hours:
Monday to Friday, between the hours of 08:00 - 20:00, 35 hrs/week - Hybrid

Personal Advisor role:
Full JD Available

Manage a caseload of young people aged years old
8+ weekly visits to young people
Complete 6 months pathway plans
Provide advice, practical assistance and support
Help gain access to appropriate accommodation, education, employment and training
Support with their mental health
Provide financial support and help them work on their financial skills and budgeting
Plan and attend meetings and LAC reviews
Keep accurate case records and undertake statutory recordings

Essential Requirements:

Must be available to start asap
UK Driving Licence, access to a vehicle, business insurance
Recent experience working with young people in care and after care
You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
Enhanced Child and Adult DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
