Robertson Bell have partnered with this fantastic organisation based in Leeds, as they recruit for a permanent Payroll Manager to join their team.

The position offers great career development opportunities and is responsible for the overall management ofthe organisations multiple payroll runs whilst ensuring appropriate financial processes and procedures are established.

The main duties of the role include:

Day-to-day management of the payroll team including assisting with queries, payment requests and monitoring workload
Lead responsibility in processing the multiple monthly payrolls and pension schemes and ensuring transactions are costed correctly in the relevant ledger accounts
Playing a critical role in assisting with more complicated payroll and pensions aspects and queries from key stakeholders
Monitoring the submissions of autoenrolment into the pension schemes and managing the systems
Assisting the finance team with year end reconciliations and reporting
