Description
Russell Taylor Group requires a permanent workshop supervisor for Stirling.


Duties will include:

  • Liaise with office staff regarding staff/materials/equipment needed within the workshop**:
  • Manage all welders/fabricators within the workshop**:
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the workshop
  • Ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to quality standards
  • Provide technical guidance and support to workshop staff
  • Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols in the workshop
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a workshop or similar environment
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment repair
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
  • Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment
  • Experience in assembling and disassembling machinery or equipment
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as required
Coding's/grade papers preferred but not essential

Overtime available throughout the week and weekends
