**Internal Account Coordinator
- based in Northamptonshire
IMMEDIATE START**
Salary - £21 - £26 d.o.e, plus bonus, pension, free parking


Our client, a fast-growing company, both organically and via M&A, backed by private equity, and we are looking to onboard an Internal Account Manager to help us in this exciting journey.


We are looking for a bright individual with a great sense of humour and positive outlook to join our very friendly team in Internal Sales.


Your role is to provide outstanding customer service and sales support to both potential and existing customers, displaying professionalism, confidence and friendliness to deliver a first-class experience.


Working with the field sales team in the UK, to aid them to maximise their available time in customer facing sales activity and building relationships with our electrical wholesale partners.


Working closely with the rest of the organisation to ensure a smooth flow of information and documentation to meet agreed deadlines and targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and develop strong relationships with our customer base and connect with key stakeholders and understand what makes each customer successful and tailor responses to meet the customer's needs
  • Serve as the lead point of contact internally for all customer account management matters
  • Identify new business opportunities with our existing customer base
  • Ensure sales to existing and new customers are followed up to measure customer service satisfaction and identify possible areas to improve our internal processes
  • Work towards achieving agreed financial targets and action objectives
  • Take ownership of and resolve customer complaints and issues to the highest satisfaction
  • Prepare quotes on time and accurately, following them up within the agreed timescale and recording successes and where appropriate reasons for quotes being unsuccessful
  • Ensure the area sales representative is aware of all relevant customer activity
  • Ensure all relevant information is completed and updated on the Sales Force and LV systems
  • Assist customers with any queries with regards to stock availability, lead time, orders and basic product information
  • Assist with post sales, including returns and warranty requests in order to ensure customer retention and great service

Key Attributes:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in a customer service and/or internal account management role
  • Previous experience of Sales Force and/or other CRM (preferable but not essential)
  • Organised and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Determined and resilient approach
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
