Due to expansion, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our successful Home Improvements company, as a Sales Administrator.

We are an industry leading home improvement installer of Conservatories, Double Glazing Windows and Doors and Roofline products. Working throughout the Norfolk area.

We are a family run business, who pride ourselves on delivering a professional, quality, service to a very high standard for both residential and commercial properties.

This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful company that continues to grow and develop. We are looking for a dedicated, proactive, and professional administrator to be based in our head office, in Norwich. You will have a positive attitude and take pride and ownership of the administration tasks.

This role is a full time, permanent position.


Role responsibilities:


  • Receiving and processing purchase orders.
  • Issuing sales transaction invoices.
  • Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Compiling monthly sales reports.
  • Expediting orders through internal liaison.
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

Personal attributes:


  • Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary:
£17,242.75-£23,000.00 per year
