he Role
Hain Daniels are currently recruiting for a Lead Operative at our Grimsby site. In Grimsby, we manufacture fresh soups for our New Covent Garden brand and for private label.

The role of the Lead Operative is to support the Team Leader in the management of all aspects and actively assist in delivering all KPIs.

To assume the responsibility and accountability of the Team Leader role during absence/holiday. Participate in a 'hands-on' role, maintaining delegated tasks

Key Responsibilities

Manage operators in their daytoday tasks, ensuring effective use of labour
Ensure that all operators are at and leave work stations on time
Maintain a high standard of hygiene and housekeeping and be responsible for presentation of department to customer visits/audits and Senior Management
Fully support and drive through continuous improvement on health & safety

What you will need for the role / what it will take

Relevant level of education 4 GCSE above C
23 year experience in the FMCG business
Effective interpersonal skills
