Description

You'll manage the day-to-day marketing strategy with the opportunity to work on exciting projects across a range of social media channels, producing and scheduling engaging content and writing creative copy.

The role is majority office based.


Your day to day tasks may include:

  • Management and delivery of creative and engaging social media strategies to engage existing members and acquire new members.
  • Planning, capturing, creating and delivering engaging content across different platforms
  • Managing the daytoday handling of all social media from scheduling to engagement
  • Analysing marketing data identify trends and drive growth.
  • Handling external communications
  • Forming key relationships with influencers across social media platforms to create meaningful collaborations
  • Recommending improvements to increase performance
  • Identifying consumer trends to help with planning social media campaigns
  • Researching competitor activity

You'll have...

  • A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms
  • Demonstrable copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful caption to creating engaging content like reels and stories
  • Experience of using Canva or a similar design software.
  • Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
  • Excellent communication and people skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and partners
  • Organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise your workload and plan ahead.
  • The ability to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines
  • An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
  • Motivation and commitment
  • Experience in a marketing role or use of social media in a business context is desirable
