The Role:
As a Streetworks Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in arranging streetwork permits in alignment with our company procedures.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our administrative processes are up to date, enabling seamless coordination between multiple teams.

- Arrange streetwork permits efficiently, adhering to procedures and prioritizing essential works.
- Ensure the availability of Traffic Management Plans, supporting the smooth flow of operations.
- Collaborate closely with Field Supervision, tracking and updating daily activities.
- Keep internal and client systems updated to reflect changes and updates.
- Monitor and identify compliance risks and performance issues related to Section 74 and Fixed Penalty Notice.
- Drive the implementation of change, aligning with departmental and business strategies.
- Exercise effective control over processes, resources, and data associated with Highways authority.
- Ensure successful delivery of timebound SLAs.
- Fulfill other administration duties as applicable.
Requirements:
- Indepth knowledge of streetworks operations.
- Proficiency in Symology, enabling efficient coordination and administration.
- Prior experience in managing permits and streetworks operations.
