Vacancy details:

To assist our Sublime team in helping to grow, the duties you will train in and carry out are:

Reviewing transactions posted by junior members of the team.
Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
Dealing with wide variety of client queries
Coordinating with process level staff to ensure they have everything needed in order to keep client records up to date and accurate.
Preparation of VAT returns filing.
Preparation of Management Accounts
Assisting managers with finalising books for yearend accounts.
Professional Ethics in the workplace.
Adhoc Admin duties to assist staff as and when required.
AAT qualified or qualified by experience
GCSE English Language and Mathematics at Grade C (4) or above.
IT competent with a basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
The ability to work on your own initiative and be flexible.
Friendly with good communication skills and polite telephone manner.
The ability to prioritise and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Employment Details:

Full time role
Monday to Friday (flexible time policy combination of office/home working).
Remuneration will be dependent on experience.
Right to Work in the UK required.

The package will include:

Annual Leave 25 days per annum (prorata), 3 days are normally taken at Christmas/New Year.
Annual Christmas Bonus equivalent to 1 week's salary.
Private Medical Insurance following completion of 3 months' service (this is a taxable benefit).
Death In Service scheme cover (4x salary).
Group Income Protection Scheme (non contributory) following completion of 3 months' service.
