The Vacancy

We are looking for an experienced Goods In / Receptionist to join our growing team at De La Rue Westhoughton.

You will bring with you experience in controlling the receipting in of materials delivered and experience as a Receptionist.

As Goods In / Receptionist you will be responsible and the contact for booking in vehicles onto the database to ensure no double bookings of deliveries.

You will also update the freight log to ensure the costings and receipting is completed.

Additionally as Receptionist you will be the first face for De La Rue Westhoughton taking phone calls from incoming visitors, customers, and deliveries with responsibility for booking visitors onto site and contacting the host to announce their arrival.
