Apex Group have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate Company Secretarial to join our inclusive and collaborative team in Guernsey.

This full-time role comes with a favourable salary and many attractive benefits.

The position will involve a large element of client contact, particularly at the fund board level and with their advisers and other engaged third parties, with a high level of interaction with members of the corporate secretarial team and other members of our fund services division.

In this role, you can expect to:

Prepare board packs for distribution in advance of board and committee meetings
Liaise with Directors and other key service providers to arrange relevant meetings
Draft minutes from board and shareholder meetings
Maintain logs of actions arising from relevant meetings and diligently follow up on matters.
Three years previous experience of the finance industry
A working understanding of Company Law
A basic understanding of fund administration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
