Your main role will be to deliver the Mercedes-Benz customer care experience and assisting with the centralised bookings team along with courtesy calls to customers following servicing and handling of customer enquiries and complaints.
An excellent telephone manner is essential and computer experience would be a distinct advantage but training will be given.-
