The role

The role of People Partner will provide advice and guidance to management and the site senior leadership team on all people issues.

You'll have the opportunity to work proactively on delivering the People Strategy whilst supporting the wider business on projects.

You will be hands on with the teams supporting the workforce and succession plans as well as other organisational changes, working in partnership with our Talent and Development Partner and Recruitment Partner.

What you'll need to succeed

This role would suit someone who has experience working at Advisor level and is able to work independently and in a proactive way.

CIPD qualification will be beneficial for this role as well as experience preparing and conduct investigations, disciplinaries, grievance, appeal and performance meetings.
