iAspire Care Services provides high quality 24-hour semi-independent support living placements, for young people aged between 16 years to 18-year-olds.
Our attitude is to ensure we provide safe, structured, outcomes driven services to evaluate each young person's strengths and ambitions to manage independence successfully.

The Opportunity
iAspire Care Services currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Officer to join an expanding company, who specialises in Young People's services, dedicated to their safeguarding and preparing them as best as possible for their independent life.
Typical Duties
- Property Inspections
- Acquiring Residential Properties
- Expanding portfolios
- Managing HMO lettings
- Scheduling Gas Safety checks for properties
- Quality Assurance
Essential
- 2 years' experience minimum
- Care Sector experience
Skills and Abilities Required
- The ability to communicate well within a team
- Report writing and keeping clear up to date concise records
Requirements:
- Current Valid DBS
- Driving Licence desirable
Hours
9:00am - 5:00pm
Pay
£30,000 Per annum
