Seeking a talented Mechanical Estimator to join our team in Leeds.

As a Mechanical Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our projects, providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring the success of our ventures.

Requirements:

Mechanical experience is essential.
Preferred experience in healthcare and hotel projects.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
Proficient in estimating software and tools.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
Detailoriented with the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Analyse project specifications and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and suppliers to gather necessary information for estimating.
Review and assess subcontractor quotes to determine their accuracy and competitiveness.
Prepare detailed and comprehensive bid packages.
Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs.
Maintain a database of prices for materials, equipment, and labour.
Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements.
