Description
Forest and Gardening Lead

Here at VASE Academy we run outdoor programmes, including forest schools and community engagement programmes for pupils.

We use local woodlands, parks and natural spaces to bring pupils together, be active and feel good, working towards our vision:
communities and nature growing healthier together.

We are keen to appoint a Forest Lead and Gardening Lead who can deliver exciting forest school and outdoor activity programmes for children aged 11-16 with SEMH needs.

We are looking for a friendly, dedicated and proactive individual who enjoys working with young people and can share their love of forest school and the outdoors with pupils from a range of backgrounds.

The Forest School Practitioners will run regular, accessible and engaging forest school and outdoor activities in woodlands and outdoor spaces within the West Midlands.

The vision is for pupils to work together to take part in positive activities which promote health and wellbeing, support pupils to develop skills and improve and celebrate local woodlands and greenspaces.

If you are a great forest school practitioner and wish to join a friendly team that works hard to make a real difference to our pupils we would like to hear from you.
