Your main responsibilities will include:


  • Mixed value, nonvolume, up to high multitrack
  • EL/PL/Motor
  • SME insureds
  • Leisure and Retail industries
  • Defective premises/Property
  • Product liability
  • Both prelitigation and litigated files.

Required experience:


  • 5 + years' UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience
  • Litigation experience of assisting up to high multitrack defence work
