Innaxys is a British software house based in Derbyshire with a long standing in the UK public safety market, developing solutions for scientific policing, physical and digital assets management, firearms and learning management and more.

To continue our expansion, we are recruiting new colleagues to support our project management and sales.

You will be joining a team of passionate people with an average 20s-30s and you will be able to interact at all levels in the organisation in a veryinformal way.

• What you will be doing_:

• 
  Business development

• you will work as part of our bid team to build and write proposals for public procurements, bringing ideas and technical info together through fluent English to promote our Solutions and services;

Sales/account management - you will engage with clients and maintain a regular contact through conferences, exhibitions and other opportunities. You must be able to travel in the UK and in abroad (in France in particular) to meet clientsand demonstrate the solution;

Demonstrating software solutions - a big part of your role will be to know the products and the client's business and being able to conduct a demonstration in a structured way;

• We are looking for passionate people, up for a challenge and who like to communicate at all levels.
• You must be confident to demonstrate software solutions in front of an audience and convince people. That means understanding their needs, their business and adapt.
• Bid writing is a big part of the role and you will be working alongside our CEO and Commercial assistant;
• A previous experience of software sales is essential and if possible but not required, with public sector;
• You will be working with police officers and you will find it very rewarding.

The role is based in Heanor, with the ability to work a day a week from home. You will need to visit clients from time to time on-site in the UK or abroad.

A specificity of our business is to operate in a sensitive environment and as such you will be required to maintain the conditions of police vetting during your employment.
