Customer Support Executive

We are now looking for a proactive and logical thinker to join a family run business in Hook, Hampshire within the role of Customer Support Executive.

This position is integral to the smooth running of the business and would suit someone that enjoys being at the centre of the action.


The Job:

  • Dealing with technical enquiries relating to mechanical products (training provided)
  • Quoting customers on large volume orders
  • Processing orders onto system liaising with finance
  • Arranging logistics and updating customers on delivery timings
  • Supply chain management & ensuring stock volumes are sufficient for sales orders
  • Account management, updating customers on new products
  • Liaising with suppliers and third part vendors
  • Building strong relationships internally with warehouse, sales and finance
  • Working in a close knit, friendly and supportive team

You:

  • We are looking for someone with an interest in learning a technical / mechanical produce
  • Proactive approach to work
  • A warm and friendly telephone manner
  • An organised approach to administration
