Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner/Care Coordinator - Early Intervention in Psychosis

North Manchester - Hexagon Tower


Are you a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Practitioner looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the field of Early Intervention in Psychosis? Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust has an exciting job opening for you.


Job Details:

Immediate Availability


End Date: 6 Months from Start Date (Subject to Reviews)


Hours per Week:
hours


Working Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm


Patient Facing Role:
Please note that this role requires in-person presence and is not able to accommodate remote workers. Some travel in the community will be required.


Caseload Management:
You will manage a caseload of around 16 service users, assessing, planning, and implementing interventions.


Qualifications:
Qualified Occupational Therapist (OT), Social Worker (SW), or Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) with appropriate registration body.


Pay Rate:
Up to £30 per hour, depending on the level of experience.
