Job AdvertAdmin Support Officer
- We're looking for an Admin Support Officer to help achieve our vision of London alive with nature, where everyone can experience and enjoy wildlife._
- This is a part time role of 3 days per week but we welcome flexible working, e.g. working shorter days across 4 or 5 days. The role also has the possibility to become full time._
- In this role, you'll be supporting our Learning & Engagement team, ensuring that the running of our school and family sessions and outreach programmes run smoothly and efficiently._
Role & Responsibilities
Working with the Head of Learning & Engagement, you'll be a pivotal part of the team, support and coordinating all of it's activities
- Manage our school bookings, confirming visits with teachers and liaising with colleagues
- Promote and help create promotional materials for our website for our sessions
- Manage general enquiries to the learning and engagement team including relating to school visits, family events, including our Nature Tots programme
- Assist the Head of Learning and Engagement with evaluation and impact measurement duties
- Assist the learning team with financial tasks including procurement of resources, raising sales orders and purchase orders;

£26,704 (£16,022 working 3 days per week)

Permanent, part time contract with potential to become full time

Our ideal Admin Support Officer
- Proven ability to effectively prioritise, organise, plan and schedule workload
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Numerate with excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work well within a team, working flexibly, and liaising with colleagues to achieve shared goals
- Proven ability to relate to and effectively work with people from a broad crosssection of the community
- Confident user of software and able to adapt to established organisational systems
