German speaking Customer Service
£24,000 per annum

Hours: 40 per week


Requirements:


  • Fluent in German verbal and written
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Staying calm under pressure, polite and having a good manner
  • Excellent problem solving and organisational skills
- keeping track of day to day duties and using initiative

Desirable

  • Previous Customer service experience (not essential)
  • Happy to work hybrid
  • Willing to learn
  • French speaking (not essential)
