Description

Are you looking to work with a team of highly succesful Financial Planners? Is your Niche providing technical administrative support in the servicing of existing and new client business? Do you write high quality suitability reports?

Based in Whiteley my client is a small scale financial planning firm who are seeking a Level 4 Diploma Qualified individual with excellent communication and attention to detail to join their team as a Paraplanner due to team progression into advice.

In return you will receive a salary of upto£40k + benefits + excellent progression structures in place._

Duties...

Check all compliance paperwork is present
Ensure letters of authority if relevant are sent to relevant provider/s, liaising with admin staff
Analyse information returned from providers for replacement business and complete critical yield calculations and tax calculations if necessary
Confirm client risk profile is determined
Discuss client objectives with planner
Identify and obtain the information necessary to compile financial cashflow forecast
Compile draft net worth statement; income and expenditure statements and financial

cashflow forecast and discuss with planner

Identify areas for planning such as protection, investments, retirement planning and inheritance tax planning
Prepare information/comparisons for analysis by planner
Liaise with clients legal and tax advisers (if applicable)
Prepare draft recommendations to be discussed/signed off by financial planner
Prepare suitability letters in accordance with the agreed recommendations
Review investment portfolio, asset allocation, risk profile etc
Initiate review meetings with clients
