Consortia are proud to be representing a Decisioning Lead opportunity with one of the UK's leading FinTech investment services.

You will be joining a company which is fast-growing, award-winning and an extremely ambition FinTech business, where they have built all their own platforms from scratch.

This is a new and unique role working in a Data, CRM and Insight team to join and deliver decisioning at a scale-up B2C business.

If you are looking to join a business where you can take the role as your own in a new and impressive space in FinTech - this is the role for you.


As their Decisioning Lead you will be designing and building their new decisioning engine which will then determine the Next Best Action for the customer and help them to see the right content, messaging and features.

You will be working closely with the frameworks of the decisioning system, data engineering team, Azure, databricks, dbt and other cutting-edge tech in this space.


Must haves:

  • Experience delivering decisioning at scale in a B2C business
  • Experience working on a recommendation/personalisation platform
  • Previous experience working as a Data Scientist OR Machine Learning Engineer
  • Experience building and leading teams of data scientists / engineers
  • Capability of communicating complex ideas
  • Data technologies knowledge from Machine Learning, Data Science & Automation
