About The Company:

Our client is a global construction organisation with a strong track record of delivering a range of infrastructure projects including highways, water, energy and telecommunications.

These projects range in value from £1M to £300M+.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline, they are looking to add to their UK team with an experienced and successful Project Director to take the lead on a one of their largest projects.

Project Director - The Role:

It will initially be responsible for the end to end delivery of a 3 year project, ensuring that it is completed within budget and to deadline.

You will work closely with the client, providing regular updates and reports including all improvement plan reviewsand risk management, and ensure the health and safety of all members on site.

Project Director - Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the team and end to end delivery of the project, including ensuring that the work is delivering on time, to budget and to a high standard
• Regularly engage with the client providing updates, resolving any issues and communicating any targets and objectives clearly to the team
• Ensure operational excellence across the project
• Effectively manage and lead the team, ensuring that the company's ethos is embedded within the group

Project Director - You:

• Min. 10 years experience managing infrastructure projects, ideally ranging in value from £50M to £300M
• Excellent communication, planning and team management skills
• Sound knowledge of contracts, risk management and construction best practices
