About The Role:


This vacancy is for a Teaching Assistant who has the tenacity, skills and flexibility to work in a fast-moving environment and the passion to help the children to progress and develop.

This post would suit someone looking to develop their career as Teaching Assistant.

An awareness of special educational needs and disabilities would be useful.

The post holder will be expected to undertake a wide range of duties including:

  • supporting pupils' learning and overall well-being
- assisting teachers and other colleagues in the classroom and in small group interventions
- recording and collating information
- developing good relationships with parents/carers, colleagues and partner organisations
- preparing classroom resources, equipment and materials

It is essential that the post holder shares our school ethos which is firmly rooted in a restorative approach.
