Description

Based from our office in St Alban's, this new part time role will work alongside the Finance Manager in supporting the overall accounting function of the business.

This role is for 20-25 hours a week hours a day (Mon - Fri) during normal business working hours)

The main duties will include the following:

  • Contacting suppliers
  • Review and reconcile event/accommodation bookings
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure accuracy
  • Raise supplier invoices and deal with invoicing queries
  • Highlight major discrepancies in the reconciled bookings and supplier issues
  • Assisting the Finance Manager with chasing payments
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with the suppliers and clients

Skills required:

  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and word.

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£11.00-£13.00 per hour
