Part Time Accounts Administrator (Lewisham)
Here at Carepoint Services we have a fantastic opportunity for a Accounts Administrator to join our Accounts and Payroll team based in Lewisham.
- Support Managers to ensure Care Assistants are logging in/out of the Call Monitoring Apps CM 2000 and Unique IQ Timecard.
- Maintaining and establishing strong relationships with Local Authorities Accounts Teams and submitting invoices on time, correctly and efficiently.
- Supporting the Payroll Manager with adminsitration duties where required.
- Adhering to company values, being a good team player.
- Supporting the Director with administration duties where required,
Qualifications & Requirements
- Knowledge of the Social Care Sector advantageous
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, CM2000, Citrix and Sage Payroll
- Confident telephone manner
- Credit Control experience desireable.
