Aa a Barclays Business Analyst, your role will be an exciting opportunity to join a newly established Centre of Excellence within an Agile transformation environment to drive the development and delivery of key products across Wholesale Client Onboardingand Global Financial Crime Operations.

You will work closely with the Product Owner, Product Designers and Business SMEs to elicit, understand, analyze and document business requirements, using standardized tools and templates, that are clear and easily consumableby all stakeholders.

Working Flexibly

What will you be doing?:

Running workshops with key program stakeholders to gather business requirements
Leveraging standard methodology and templates to document clear and unambiguous requirements and business rules
Using visual maps, prototypes, wireframes as much as possible to avoid misinterpretation of requirements
Undertaking detailed analysis and impact assessment of requirement
Assisting Product Owner/Business SMEs by proactively identifying dependencies or risks

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in core business analysis in agile projects
Broad experience of execution in Agile methodologies and innovative solutions from conception through to delivery into the business
Proven excellent analytical skills and problem solving mind set
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and leverage relationships and influence decisionmaking

Skills that will help you in the role:

Previous experience across Client/Customer Onboarding or Financial Crime Operations
Demonstrable awareness of regulatory and compliance landscape
Broad understanding of the importance of prioritizing and implementing Controls within E2E Processes and technology delivery
Previous experience in shaping working practices in an Agile transformation environment

Glasgow

Northampton was the birthplace of Barclaycard in 1966 and we've been based in Pavilion Drive since the building opened in 1997.

We purchased the building from the landlord in early 2018 as a sign of our commitment to investment in Northampton.

Plans to further develop this Campus-style location are under way to allow for a real collaborative work environment. Based just off the A45it is easily accessible by both car and bus routes.
