The Role


We're looking for someone who has previous healthcare compliance experience or has a background in either compliance or HR, they must be passionate about compliance and policy procedures.

Whilst not being afraid of getting hands-on with the agency workersand working closely with the sales team to produce the most effective turnaround time for the worker's compliance requirements.

This key function of this role is to not only ensure there is transparency and continuity amongst both sales and compliance divisionsbut to also meet the demands of one of the most demanding sectors - healthcare recruitment.


The role will be supporting all agency workers throughout our healthcare division with, onboarding of workers, general upkeep of the agency workers' compliance requirements, concerns, staying up to date with legislation and other Government changes thataffect our industry, governing bodies such as CQC, Frameworks etc training and development of our workers.


Key duties and responsibilities:


  • Onboarding workers and supporting them throughout the registration process to become compliant.
  • Maintaining working agency workers' compliance and ensuring all updates are obtained.
  • Meeting weekly/ monthly targets and KPIs which will include (but are not limited to):
  • Meeting targets of new workers compliant and onboarded
  • Verifying documents including UK right to work and various training and qualification certificates.
  • Liaising with our Director to ensure the standard of workers is sufficient, depending on the compliance requirement.
  • Creating/amending compliance processes and procedures to efficiently support the workforce.

Essential requirement
Previous experience in HR, onboarding or Clinical/Healthcare Compliance would be a requirement for this position.

  • Confidence when speaking on the phone.
  • Ability to cope with time pressures and pressures to fulfil requirements quickly.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to manage both the new starters and existing workforce.
  • Have good organisational and administrative skills; Competent with Word and Excel.
  • Have a clear track record of managing a busy role, including prioritising tasks.
  • Good attention to detail and strive for a high level of accuracy throughout your work
