Bar assistant required for busy up market traditional public house. You must be fluent in English and of smart appearance. Hours vary between 30 to 40 per week depending on the needs of the business. Starting salary of £9 per hour rising to £10.50 per hour on completion of probationary period. Bonus paid during busy times. Duties are bar and cellar work, which includes heavy lifting, as well as some kitchen shifts. Experience is preferred but training will be given to the right person. There is an opportunity to progress to Managment training for the right person.
