REClifts is now looking for a multi-skilled
Lift Project Coordinator to support a market-leading lift engineering company. This reputable lift engineering company offers a flexible and supportive management structure that will give you all the tools to hit the ground running in this fast-paced and challenging environment. This position has arisen recently due to the organic growth of the business and to cope with the increasing workload within the Lift Projects team.


Lift Project Coordinator Requirements:


  • Experience in drawing office procedures.
  • Experienced in project coordinating
  • Proactive and able to manage own workload.
  • Organized with good attention to detail.
  • Able to meet deadlines with a strong positive work ethic.
  • AutoCAD and Revit experience essential.
  • Experience in Civil 3D would be valued.

Lift Project Coordinator Responsibilities:


  • Producing 3D drawings/models of lift engineering products.
  • Using AutoCAD and/or PDF writer to prepare lift arrangement drawings for customers' approval
  • Generate detailed drawings accurately and efficiently.
  • Process and check incoming drawings, maintain drawing records, and ensure accurate document control.
  • Liaise with the Lift Installation department, Engineers, Directors, and enduserclients during the approval process to ensure key dates are met, eg latest drawings approval date to meet the required installation date.
  • To participate in the design and development of new and existing structures.
  • Respond to any technical queries regarding our approval drawings, seeking specialized assistance from others if necessary.
  • Revise drawings to suit any changes required during the approval process or when approved for manufacture.
  • Update CRM with contract progression information and dates.
  • Update Excel databases with contract information and progression.
  • Update library of Typical Drawings for use by Sales.
