About Our Client:

This client is as well-established e-commerce retailer and they have a huge presence in the fashion scene. They are looking for a Temporary E-commerce Customer Advisor to join their Manchester team.

As a Temporary E-commerce Customer Advisor you will:

  • Provide inbound written queries as part of the Customer Service team
  • Supporting customers throughout the entire customer journey
  • Work towards allocated targets and KPI's & SLA
  • Working towards team objective

The Successful Applicant:


To be successful in this role:

  • Can start in December
  • Experience within call centre/ecommerce retail (1 year minimum)
  • Knowledge in Zendesk or Similar software
  • Ability to provide unique and personable responses
  • IT literacy
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask, think proactively & creatively
