About Our Client:
This client is as well-established e-commerce retailer and they have a huge presence in the fashion scene. They are looking for a Temporary E-commerce Customer Advisor to join their Manchester team.
As a Temporary E-commerce Customer Advisor you will:
- Provide inbound written queries as part of the Customer Service team
- Supporting customers throughout the entire customer journey
- Work towards allocated targets and KPI's & SLA
- Working towards team objective
The Successful Applicant:
To be successful in this role:
- Can start in December
- Experience within call centre/ecommerce retail (1 year minimum)
- Knowledge in Zendesk or Similar software
- Ability to provide unique and personable responses
- IT literacy
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask, think proactively & creatively
