    Description

    Job Summary:

    This is a permanent or part-time position that requires flexibility to work various shifts between Monday and Sunday. The successful candidate will receive a monthly or weekly rota, depending on their team.

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a skilled Travel Service Partner (RSA) who can provide excellent customer service, share their knowledge and experience with others, and support our retail customers with their Foreign Exchange options.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Nurture relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements and tailor their experience accordingly.
    • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and travel money ambassador, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services.
    • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently, engaging with customers to ensure a positive experience.
    • Deliver on key performance goals, adhering to procedural, operational, and customer-focused standards.
    • Utilize your attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
    • Maintain best practice legal and regulatory standards, adhering to Travelex compliance procedures.

    Requirements:

    • Numerical proficiency to handle large amounts of cash and cover various currencies.
    • Basic IT skills to operate computers and in-house till systems, with full training provided.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
    • A desire to succeed, enjoy what you do, and make a positive impact on people's lives.

    Interview Process:

    1. Initial screening call with Talent Acquisition Partners or Bureau Managers.
    2. Online interview with one of our Talent Acquisition Partners, including a numerical and accuracy test.
    3. Face-to-face meeting with the Bureau Manager at the bureau location.
    4. Offer to join Travelex if successful, with feedback provided if not.
