Overview

What you'll be doing:


There will be a requirement to work in the office at times, so you must live within commuting distance of our Gresham Street office in London (EC2V).


In addition, you will:

  • Speak with fund managers, investment managers and others at financial institutions, booking them in for calls with our Head of Global Market Intelligence
  • Build and maintain great relationships with clients and institutional investors
  • Increase their own knowledge of capital markets, investor relations and ESG best practices to progress and gain autonomy
  • Assist the Head of Global Market Intelligence with identifying prospective clients across Europe, Emerging Market and Middle East
  • Prepare bespoke PowerPoint presentations to support the Head of Market Intelligence in the sales process, including reviewing share price performances and ESG ratings, analysing data and producing, writing and reviewing reports in a variety of formats, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Assist with the setup of new projects, including the research stage and report preparation, ensuring adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Listen to and transcribe recording of the investor calls

What we're looking for:


  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with both excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • The confidence, resilience and eagerness to engage with institutional investors over the phone, meaning at peak times this could total 50 calls per day
  • The ability to manage your workload independently, taking responsibility for workload management and adhering to tight deadlines
  • Good working knowledge of Word and Excel with the analytical ability to write and review reports
  • A team player who will take responsibility of their clients' needs and who will happily assist with other group projects
  • A willingness to work flexible working hours dependent on both the client's region, the location of institutional investors and the different time zones involved
