Role:
BlackLine Smart Close Implementation Lead

Length: 6-12 months with possibility to extend

Rate:
£1000 - £1200 per day (Outside IR35)

Location:
London (Hybrid working with occasional international travel)

Role:


Altum Consulting have been engaged exclusively to find a contractor to support the business' global Blackline Smart Close implementation across 140+ entities.


Deliverables:


  • Work closely with the Shared Service Centre leadership and teams across APAC, Americas and EMEA to ensure Blackline Smart Close implementation platform and template is created correctly thinking about bestinclass process and regional customisation as necessary
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholder groups to drive and influence change and adoption of new system
  • Mitigate risks and realise opportunities through usage of Blackline Smart Close
  • Work with existing SAP ERP to ensure smooth integration of Blackline Smart Close
  • Liaise with internal finance and IT teams to ensure programme is delivered smoothly
  • Drive change management across the organisation
  • Work in close conjunction with Blackline technical SI implementation partner and other 3rd parties as necessary

You will be:


  • Qualified accountant with demonstrable history supporting finance teams through implementations
  • Good understanding of SAP
  • Have worked in shared service centre environments and have cultural nuance
  • Great communicator across global teams
  • Demonstrable history of communicating and influencing key stakeholders
