    In this role, you'll:

    • Gain expertise in retail design, focusing on Petrol Forecourts, Convenience Stores, Farm Shops, Coffee Shops, Fast Food, and other sectors such as office refits and high street retailers.
    • Develop skills to complete site surveys, utilizing tools like Site Audit Pro.
    • Learn how to collaborate effectively with specialist tradesmen (electricians, plumbers, builders, principal contractors), relying heavily on strong communication skills.
    • Work closely with internal teams and individuals within the Bellrock Group.
    • Understand the turnkey shop fit process, encompassing various elements we deliver, including shop fronts, joinery, electrical work, lighting, plumbing, shelving, counters, back-of-house facilities, refrigeration, heating & cooling systems, and ventilation.
    • Become proficient in writing accurate quotes.
    • Develop sales skills, with comprehensive support and guidance provided.
    • Enhance customer service and people skills to foster long-term relationships with clients.
    • Acquire project management skills necessary for successful project delivery.
    • Develop market research skills, understanding what motivates our target clients and key industry drivers.
    • Gain Health and Safety Training skills, covering essential topics such as SPA Passport, Asbestos Awareness, and others as required.

    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you'll need:

    • CAD training and certification or a willingness to undertake the training.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint) with on-the-job training provided.
    • Familiarity with our systems, including Epix.
    • Experience with our in-house CRM for managing client interactions and sales pipeline.
    • A full UK driving license.
    • The ability to travel frequently and stay overnight as required.
    • A commercial mindset.
    • Effective time management skills, with opportunities to develop general project management skills.

    Working Arrangements

    This role requires working from our office located in Oldham, Manchester. The standard working hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
