Madisons Recruitment are looking for a Construction Estimator on a permanent basis to work with a well established interior fit out company.
THIS IS TO START IN JANUARY 2023Duties:
- Scoping the requirements for the business and taking client briefs
- Attending the site meetings with the subcontractors
- Creating documents/BOQ
- Negotiation of the best material prices
- A strong understanding of the material required
- Using microsoft Excel
- Working closely with the design and production team
- Attending daily meetings
- Have the ability to recognise value engineered solutions
- Preparing the tender documents
Further Details:
- Confident manner
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- To have exprience with projects above £5,000
- Peferred
- HNC/HND qualified
- Working hours 8:4 5(Mon
- Thurs) 8:4 4:15(Fri)
