Full or part time (30 hours minimum).£23,000 full time salary.
Accounts Assistant - The Role:
- Credit management
- Credit checking and setting up new customer accounts to agreed terms
- Copying of invoices, statements etc. for customers
- Allocating all cheques & BACS payments for two organisations
- Nominal postings
- Monthly management accounts preparation
- Reconciliations
- Purchase ledger duties and general office administration
- Using Merlin integrated software, Microsoft Office and, Microsoft Excel
- Experience in a similar role
- Capable of setting up and using spreadsheets to an intermediate level
- Flexible in approach and willing to learn new skills
- Professional telephone manner
