Full or part time (30 hours minimum).

£23,000 full time salary.


Accounts Assistant - The Role:

  • Credit management
  • Credit checking and setting up new customer accounts to agreed terms
  • Copying of invoices, statements etc. for customers
  • Allocating all cheques & BACS payments for two organisations
  • Nominal postings
  • Monthly management accounts preparation
  • Reconciliations
  • Purchase ledger duties and general office administration
  • Using Merlin integrated software, Microsoft Office and, Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Capable of setting up and using spreadsheets to an intermediate level
  • Flexible in approach and willing to learn new skills
  • Professional telephone manner
