Description

A German Speaking Customer Support is required for a fantastic international company, based in Arundel. A salary of up to £30,000 is offered, depending on experience.

Order processing, updating on the CRM system.
Customer and client management.
Contract management, maintaining records on Sage, Xero and the CRM.
Invoicing and some credit control.

This role will communicate with the German market and clients, so you will need to be fluent in German.

Skills Required:

The German Speaking Customer Support will ideally have the following experience:

Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent customer service and client relationship skills
German speaking is a must
