LABORATORY AND GOODS IN ADMINISTRATOR


As a Sample Receipt and Goods In Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the function and efficiency of both the Chemistry and Microbiology departments.


KEY DUTIES

  • Ensures all customers samples and chemicals are booked in accurately and efficiently and under the correct environmental conditions.
  • Ensure customers are quickly notified of receipt of samples in a professional manner and to the high standard of customer service.
  • Ensuring missing items or discrepancies are reported and investigated with appropriate actions put in place to mitigate loss to the business.
  • Ordering and booking in of consumables / placing order
  • Goods In taking and processing delivered parcels, manual working involve.
  • Support the wider inventory team and laboratory technicians when required.
  • Ensure compliance to security, health and safety and regulations at all times.
  • Following company's SOPs
  • Clean work environment.

KEY SKILLS

  • Strong IT Skills (MS Packages, Excel is an Advantage, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail and data entry
  • Adaptable and Meticulous
  • Proactive with the ability to problemsolve.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage workloads efficiently.

£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
