Job Title:
Health and Safety Advisor

Location:
Oldbury



Schedule:
Flexible Part-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary:
£40,000 Pro Rata

Key Responsibilities:


  • Implement and manage the integrated business management system to ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) standards.
  • Provide comprehensive QHSE support to various departments, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Play a key role in QHSE investigations, audits, and assessments, ensuring that corrective actions are implemented promptly.
  • Support the development and maintenance of policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in safety and compliance.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:


  • DV clearance is highly desirable.
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent health and safety qualification.
  • Environmental management qualification.
  • Fire risk assessment certification.
  • Proven experience in Health and Safety roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
