My client one of the largest and most established financial planning and investment companies in the UK and a leading merchant bank and is looked for an experienced Financial Planner covering area stretching Bristol to Exeter.

UK merchant banking group. looking for an experience Financial Planner covering area stretching Bristol to Exeter.

Their clients are professionals, business owners, individuals, and families, who rely on their high-quality financial advice and investment services to preserve and grow their long-term savings and investments.

The successful applicant for the Financial Planner role will enjoy a great package with the following benefits: Salary up to £100,000 basic

Clients are spread from Bristol, into South Wales, South-West covering down to Exeter / Devon
You will receive both paraplanning and Admin support.

A financial planner's regular responsibilities include:

Providing financial planning, insurance, and investment services to clients
Winning new business yearly
Ensuring client records are maintained and kept current
Cultivating and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients by tracking their successes and keeping them informed about any changes that may affect their finances
Acting as a liaison between the client and other financial professionals.
Clear demonstration of a client centric approach with a well presented and articulate manner and dedication to doing the right thing for our clients
Excellent interpersonal skills, approachability, and professionalism. Harnessing IT skills to embrace the new virtual/digital ways to communicate with Clients
A proven experience in generating new business as well as looking after clients
Be prepared to deal with clients with 500K+ will be face to face advice, so you must be prepared to travel
Experience in dealing with High Net Worth (HNW) clients, specialising in holistic financial planning including IHT planning
Experience in networking and attracting new Clients through business development and effective business planning to grow a client bank and building relationships with Affinity Groups, Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, Professional and Retail Clients.
