A prestigious Financial Service company are looking for a Secretary to join their team based in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for an Individual with previous secretarial experience to work at a leading firm.


As Secretary you will provide a typing and organisational core business secretarial service for staff and partners to ensure the smooth and efficient success of the business.


The role:


  • Delivery of secretarial duties including delivering Secretarial Services to a defined business area as required, formatting and preparation of business documents, minute taking and covering routine duties of post, scanning and document management services
  • Induction and assistance of onboarding of new team members and assistance with delivering training across the business area
  • Work across the Secretarial team to execute and deliver the central services provision, including document management to ensure a seamless secretarial support service is provided to the business to firmwide standards
  • To support in the implementation of strategies and policies to meet the aims of the business

What we are looking for:


  • Previous office administration, secretarial, or similar experience is required
  • Ability to deliver advanced secretarial services
  • Professional approach in all forms of communication (written and oral)
  • Ability to demonstrate successful working relationships within a team
  • Professional services industry knowledge is desirable / an advantage
  • Maths and English GCSE standard (or equivalent) as a minimum
