Are you looking to progress your career or continue to work as a team leader?

Fareham CMHT is looking for a team leader and this opportunity is available to nurses, social workers and OTs. We are friendly team which is newly formed. We consist of nurses, social workers, psychological therapists, admin and medical staff.

You will responsible for the day to day running of the service and report to the team manager.

You will need to possess sound clinical knowledge, have good organisation skills, ability to liaise with various teams, provide support and supervision to the clinical team.


You will participate in the on call rota and there is the opportunity to meet with other team leaders in the Division.

The Trust provides a vast amount of training and you will be supported to do relevant training to progress your career.


With the transformation of mental health services 'no wrong door' approach this is an exciting time to work in CMHTs.

Car driver is essential. Full time hours but flexible working requests will be considered. This is a 9 month fixed term opportunity.
