NJC SCP 5 £21, 575 (FTE) per annum (Pro rata) Actual salary £15,027

Part time, 30 hours per week over 5 days 8.30am to 3.15pm plus 5 training days - Permanent


Croxby Primary is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join our Learning Support team working in our Enhanced Resource Provision.

About the Role


As a Teaching Assistant working at Croxby Primary in our Enhanced Resource Provision, you will be supporting transition activities, at all stages of education, to ensure that pupils are physically, mentally and emotionally able to demonstrate resilience and thrive in the academy environment You will be responsible for providing academic support of vulnerable and other pupils to ensure that effective learning takes place across the academy in all lessons, enabling all pupils to achieve and exceed their academic, social and emotional potential.


About You


You will also require the ability to write coherently and effectively, using expected standards in English and high expectations of what all students can achieve.


You will require motivation to work with children and young people who have social, emotional and mental health needs and the ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children and young people.

You will also have good numeracy/literacy skills.
