Purpose of the job:


The Service Training Engineer will be main interlocutor with the ISR Project manager and manage directly Training team engaged in the production of the training deliverables.


Key accountabilities:


  • Preparation of the training management Plan
  • Management of training planning (Forecast / Execution / Followup)
  • Training Evaluation.
  • Manage delivery of training elements during tender and project phase with respect of ISR management PLAN and QCD.
  • Preparation of Training Material.
  • Responsible for the training team involved in the design of training Materials.
  • Logistic organization and requirement for training Execution (Planning / Travel / Training environment)
  • Coordinate with other Métier or Function for the design of training Materials (mainly ISR documentation team)
  • Manage coordination with Service Platform to ensure integration and compliancy with standard and best practice (REF LIB)
  • Responsible for training evaluation and capitalize REX.

Generic

  • Promote usage of standard Training practice compliant with international standard or Alstom central procedure and Method & Tool
  • Capitalize data and best practice to improve QCD on future project.
  • Promote innovative and pedagogic training tools (Simulator / eLeaning / Virtual reality)

Performance measurements:


  • Quality of Training deliverable during tender and project phase.
  • KPI (Control of QCD target, Customer satisfaction)
