Purpose of the job:

The Service Training Engineer will be main interlocutor with the ISR Project manager and manage directly Training team engaged in the production of the training deliverables.

Key accountabilities:

Preparation of the training management Plan
Management of training planning (Forecast / Execution / Followup)
Training Evaluation.
Manage delivery of training elements during tender and project phase with respect of ISR management PLAN and QCD.
Preparation of Training Material.
Responsible for the training team involved in the design of training Materials.
Logistic organization and requirement for training Execution (Planning / Travel / Training environment)
Coordinate with other Métier or Function for the design of training Materials (mainly ISR documentation team)
Manage coordination with Service Platform to ensure integration and compliancy with standard and best practice (REF LIB)
Responsible for training evaluation and capitalize REX.

Generic

Promote usage of standard Training practice compliant with international standard or Alstom central procedure and Method & Tool
Capitalize data and best practice to improve QCD on future project.
Promote innovative and pedagogic training tools (Simulator / eLeaning / Virtual reality)

Performance measurements:

Quality of Training deliverable during tender and project phase.
KPI (Control of QCD target, Customer satisfaction)
